It is small and right in the middle of a neighborhood. But, lock up. There are no cameras at this site. Close to bait shops and a restaurant. Low Falls Landing is in Elloree. Bait is near by at Low Falls Landing Bait shop. It is at the upper most part of Lake Marion and the water can get low in the winter. But, the fishing is amazing. Borrow Pit Landing is in Manning. Right at the top of the south dike. You cannot access the main lake from here. But, this spot offers a wave free hideaway from the wind and holds some good fish. Bait and food is available on the other side of the dike just 2 minutes away. 3 of 24 Public boat ramps around Santee Cooper.
