Welcome to the a new series called Classic Mini Clubman Budget Restoration. In this series I aim to prove to you that you can buy and restore a classic car of your own on a budget if your just willing to have a go yourself. The car in question here is yes you guessed it a Classic Mini. This is a 1980 Classic Mini Clubman Saloon. In this episode I dig some doors out of my spares and see what condition they are in, I also check to see how they fit the car. The Clubman came with some doors that weren't period correct. This is another reason for raiding the spares bin. Throughout this build I plan to keep a log of the money spent and the time we have clocked up on.
