JENNIFER ALBRIGHT KNASH: Jennifer Albright Knash, DAT, ATRL-BC, LPAT, LPCC, LPC/AODA, CCTP, RYT 200, is an experienced art therapist, educator, and trauma specialist based in Wisconsin. She is the founder of Albright Art Therapy and Counseling in Cudahy, WI, where she provides therapy for individuals across the lifespan, with a focus on cumulative trauma, PTSD, mood disorders, and addiction recovery. Jennifer's therapeutic approach integrates art therapy, somatic practices, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and person-centered counseling. She holds a Doctorate in Art Therapy from Mount Mary University, where her research centered on trauma repair within the framework of the Neurosequential Model of Therapeutics (NMT). She also earned her Master's degree in Art Therapy/Counseling from Southwestern College in Santa Fe, New Mexico. Jennifer currently serves as the Chair of the Art Therapy/Counseling program at Southwestern College, contributing to the education of the next generation of art therapists. In 2024, she authored Art Therapy as Cumulative Trauma Repair, which explores the integration of expressive therapies with neurodevelopmental models to facilitate healing in trauma survivors. She is also a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT 200) and a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP), reflecting her holistic approach to therapy. Jennifer maintains a personal art practice and emphasizes the healing potential of creativity in her work.
