For five days, 150 merchants will offer esquites, flans, gelatins, ice creams and the local specialty, homemade corn bread, in addition to the culinary innovations that are given to this vegetable. In the public square of Tesistán, where citizens will be able to enjoy the great variety of products made with corn. “There are an infinite number of products that are made such as rompope, corn fritters, tostielotes, roasted corn, cooked corn, barbie corn, concha corn and this year is no exception that they surprise us with new products,” said the director of Municipal Agencies and Delegations. In addition to all the culinary delights that will be offered in the main square of Tesistán during the five days of the fair, there will also be Mexican handicrafts, folkloric dances, popular music concerts, mechanical games and other attractions that can be enjoyed by the whole family.
