A lovely dinner at 1-Michelin-star restaurant BOLENIUS in Amsterdam. On our way to the magnificent island of Texel we spent the first evening for dinner at the Bolenius restaurant in Amsterdam. This is a very special "vegetable" restaurant. No, it's not vegetarian.
