If you use 123-Reg as your website host, and have an email box with them, you may want to change your password from time to time. You need to log in to 123-Reg's Control Panel to do it, here's how. Don't forget - If you are using multiple devices to access your email, or have an email client tool on your desktop (such as MS Office Outlook or Thunderbird) you will need to go to your settings and CHANGE THE PASSWORD THERE TOO.
