Agent Fresco - Pyre - Drum Cover

"Pyre" is a great song from the progressive Icelandic band Agent Fresco. The first time I heard the band was at the 25th anniversary Katatonia concert in Shepperd's Bush Empire. Agent Fresco and Vola were the opening acts. It was a great night with great performances from the bands. I had a good time learning and recording this song. There are some intricate bass drum and hi-hat parts that took me some time to nail down, but it feels great to play and overcome the challenge. Hats off to their drummer, Hrafnkell Örn Guðjónsson (Keli), he is a phenomenal drummer. Recorded at my own studio in Reading, UK. Drum mix by Matt Bew at Whitehouse Studios, Reading.
