The original recipe called for potatoes, but I didn't have any—so I improvised and made fried rice with leftover rice, corn, and some old sauce I had on hand. Gotta say… this dish was a success! Phil said it was super satisfying. I can’t give all the credit to the Thermomix since I did switch a few things up, but I love the idea of dressing up fish like this.
