IT has a higher average age than most of hte Valley. You’ll find a lot of bigger houses here. There’s some good spots, and some bad spots. But overall, it’s an average west valley neighborhood. Not as nice as chatsworth or west hills, but better than canoga park. It also means it's close to surrounding cities like Reseda and Northridge. That means there's easy access to malls and shopping.
