The Onam celebration at CPAS CTE Vaikom began with an official inauguration, starting with a prayer and a welcome address by Mr. Jithu, General Secretary of the College Union. The presidential address was delivered by Mr. Adithyan M. Thampi, Chairperson of the College Union, followed by the Onam message from Dr. Manju A., Principal of CPAS CTE Vaikom. The inaugural speech was presented by the Chief Guest, Sr. S. Biju, President of Vaikom Block Panchayat. During the function, Mr. Naveen Martin, First Runner- up of the Asian Championship in the UAE, was honored, and felicitations were offered by Ms. Reeshma P.R., Assistant Professor, CPAS CTE Vaikom; Mr. Aswin Santhosh, UUC College Union; and Ms. Niranjana M., First Year Lady Representative of the College Union. The formal program concluded with a vote of thanks by Ms. Shafeela N.V., Vice Chairperson of the College Union. The celebration continued with vibrant Onam festivities, including Onappattu, a grand Mega Thiruvathira, and group dance performances by first- year and second-year students. The traditional Onam Sadhya and various Onam games were enjoyed by both teachers and students, whose active participation made the event a grand and memorable success.
