An usual opening junction from the autumn half term 1992! Let me give the context! During the three terms of 1992, ITV Schools on Channel 4 began at 9:25 A.M. The first, up to three minutes of presentation introduced the service with the 'rotomotion' and the "SCHOOLS PROGRAMMES follow shortly" caption, accompanied by one of four pieces of library music they used during that year. On this occasion they used "The Journey" instead, which only happened once in 1992, to my knowledge! Also, the caption would always be on screen from the beginning of that segment - this time, it fades on after a few seconds! (I notice subtle details!!) Maybe it was a last minute panic by the VT operator who hadn't cued up the tape?!? :-D It's followed by the usual 2 minute, start of day edit before the first programme, Junior Technology!
