In the last episode we prepped the front end for this flat tracker build. In this one, we finally install the 43mm Öhlins telescopic forks along with a custom Lowery Racing axle and front rim setup. These forks are a serious upgrade — bigger, stronger, and considered the gold standard in racing applications. But as always with custom builds, nothing is completely plug and play. We ran into a small manufacturing burr on the triple tree that had to be cleaned up before sliding the fork tube in. Front end specs: • 43mm Öhlins telescopic forks • Custom Lowery Racing axle • Sealed bearing rim • Flat track style (no front brake… for now) This is a huge milestone in the flat tracker project — seeing the forks, triple trees, and rim finally together makes it feel real. If you're building a Harley Sportster, upgrading to 43mm forks, or working on a custom flat tracker, this one’s for you. 👍 Like the video if you’re into custom builds 🔔 Subscribe for the rest of the flat tracker series 💬 Comment below — would you run no front brake?Leave a comment below, and as always stay FREE my friends!
