The 70mm EDF sports jet runs a 60A ESC on 4S and I fly it with a 5000mAh 4S LiPo. The performance is genuinely unmatched for its size. Flight Review: Hand launched with a clear plan to keep it fast and low, focusing on high energy passes and aggressive turns to really show what the jet can do. The standout moment was the favourite pass over the dry lake bed. Because the lake bed is dry it gives me a bit of a failsafe if the plane does go in. I was not trying to push it into the ground, but it gave confidence to really lean on the performance. I positioned myself toward the north end of the field so I could work the aircraft through a consistent coastal pattern, which I managed to hold together nicely across multiple laps. I repeatedly pulled out of high speed dives just above the deck and even stretched a few passes beyond the trees which added some texture and depth to the flight. After close to five minutes of solid throttle work, I brought it around from the south and settled into a smooth controlled landing up on the hill.
