Six people, including three women, were killed after a speeding SUV rammed into an auto rickshaw and motorbike in Gujarat's Anand district on Thursday evening. Khetan Padhiyar, son-in-law of Congress MLA Punambhai Madhabhai Parmar from Sojitra constituency, allegedly rammed his SUV into the vehicles. The accident took place on a state highway connecting Anand town with Tarapur near Sojitra village.
