The Auto-Flatten mode will adjust the UVs of tiles as their vertices are transformed and moved. This way you can expand and collapse the tile and the UVs will expand and collapse as well. You can toggle this option in the Settings panel or assign a key that will toggle it. You can also pin the action to the top of the viewport so that you can click a button to toggle it.
