The Spearhead Traverse! Here’s a narrated walk through of a Spearhead in a day trip in January 2025. These are all my tips and trips for getting the Spearhead done in a reasonable and efficient fashion. I’ve done the Spearhead at least 20 times over the last 15 years , in three days and in three hours. The Spearhead Traverse is 40+km and 2500m+ vertical ascent from Blackcomb mountain to Whistler in British Columbia. GPX tracks can be misleading in the mountains but it is handy to have. This is the track we used this past January 2025.
