INGREDIENTS: Meatballs: 1 lb ground meat ( I used beef) 1 large Egg, beaten 1/2 cup Buttermilk or heavy cream, whipping cream or full fat milk may be used) 1/2 tbsp Soy sauce 1/2 cup Breadcrumbs(I used finely grated day old bread) 1 tbsp Garlic Paste or finely minced fresh garlic 3 tbsps finely minced Green Onions 1 tsp finely minced fresh thyme leaves 1/2 tbsp Meat seasoning Black pepper to taste ----------------------------------- ----------------------------------- Sauce: In a bowl mix together⬇️ 1 1/2 tbsps Brown sugar 1 tbsp rice wine vinegar 1/2 cup honey (more or less) 2 tbsps ketchup 1 1/2 tbsp canola oil 2 tbsps finely minced garlic 3 - 4 tablespoons soy sauce 1 1/2 tbsp canola oil 2 tbsps minced garlic Slurry plus extra water (4 tbsps water mixed with 1 tbsp cornstarch) -------------‐------------------- ----------------------------------- Garnish: Diced green onions Lightly Toasted sesame seeds
