Completely new model and textures for Vegeta including all his transformations Base, Super Saiyan and Super Saiyan 4 in Raging Blast 2. After a while of putting off finishing this mod... and there's still SSJ2 to go, but here it is. Finally I was able to make an SSJ4 the way I imagined, I hope you like it... At the moment I don't plan on animating his tail... but it's a great idea and I should work on it. Btw, about his eye in the winner scene, it happens because of SSJ3 Vegeta's animations, not the model.
