The 30th Anniversary of Blackpool FC 1992 Wembley Playoff Final Victory Jane and I went to the 30th AnnIversary of the 1992 playoff final winning squad in the Sponsors Lounge last Friday night and this is our video memory of the night especially for those of you that couldn’t attend but would like to see what it was like. It was a great night seeing most of the team and getting to interview a few of them and for those of you that went to the Torquay final the year before like me and my dad and suffered the devastation of that defeat the 1992 win in penalties was one of the greatest moments that I can remember. Most of the team were there Dave Bamber, Mark Taylor Mitch Cook, David Eyres, Andy Garner, Phil Horner. So sad that Billy Ayre passed away so young at only 50 he will forever be a legend at Bloomfield Road. Anyway I hope you enjoy getting a taste of the evening.
