Previous surgeries without proper care. Symptoms of Hernias: Noticeable lump or bulge in the abdomen or groin that appears with certain actions. Swelling in the groin or scrotum. Pain at the bulge site, especially during heavy lifting. Hiatal hernia might lead to heartburn and indigestion. Yoga's Role in Hernia Management: Yoga can help prevent hernias by strengthening muscles. Post-hernia tear, surgery is necessary. Post-surgery, ease back into yoga with core-strengthening poses. Yoga can prevent hernia worsening by strengthening abdominal muscles, weight management, and mindfulness.
