This 58 year old man came for CECT Abdomen and Pelvis after a mass was detected inside the urinary bladder on ultrasound. CECT revealed : 32 x 43 x 34mm sized irregular heterogenously enhancing mass at the trigone of the urinary bladder. Few tiny calcifications seen. The mass does not involve the bilateral VUJs. Prostate : Volume without including the bladder mass is 42cc. Few tiny calcifications seen. The enlarged prostate appears to be involving the bilateral seminal vesicles, more so the left one. The findings suggest Prostatic carcinoma invading into the urinary bladder. 14 x 13mm sized heterogenously enhancing mass is seen in the mesorectal fat at 1'0 clock - 2'0 clock position, posterior to the prostate. This mass is touching the wall of the rectum - This mass could be a node or a satellite tumoral mass. 26 x 16mm enlarged node seen in the left half of the pelvis between the proximal parts of external iliac and internal iliac arteries. Another node measuring 11 x 10mm is seen in the right half of the pelvis almost at the level of right iliac fossa - Both nodes are suspicious for malignant nodes, more so the first one. No evidence of hydronephrosis.
