How to host an effective Teams or Yammer live event

Running successful virtual events is super important in 2021 for employees, shareholders, communities or frontline staff. In this highly interactive session, we will show you the tips and tricks for running a Teams live event. Or a Yammer live event. Live events are different from online meetings, as they have roles for: Producers (who dictate what the audience see on screen) Presenters (you can have multiple presenters) Audience (who can join from any device and ask questions in the chat) A small panel of experts from Engage Squared will show you how your organisation can achieve success using Microsoft 365 for live events. Mark Woodrow – Presenter, facilitator Matt Dodd – Presenter, and Producer for Yammer live events Melinda Grant – Producer for Teams live events The panel will give you practical tips on recordings, captions, the importance of dry runs, how to issue invitations and the analytics behind successful live online events. We will run the webinar in two parts. The first half will be a Teams live event – and show you the controls the producer has to play with. At then end of the live event we will give you the link to transfer over to a standard Teams meeting, so there can be plenty of interaction (remember to go on mute, and have well behaved pets).
