The last part of our trip was bitter sweet. While we had some amazing interactions it was sad to know the expedition was coming to an end. More amazing humpback whale interactions, some rad shark diving in Tahiti, and the best days in the lagoon! I can't wait to get back to this special place! Read My Blog: https://www.taylorkseadiving.com Every winter in Moorea the humpback whales come to give birth and mate. We were treated with moments with mom and baby, where baby chose to trust us and come to play. Even more playful than the baby whales were the pink whiptail rays that would dance with us on the sandbar in the lagoon. Of course you can't forget the sharks! We encountered blacktip reef sharks, grey reef sharks, nurse sharks, lemon sharks, and whitetip reef sharks. No tigers this year but that just means there's even more of a reason to go back next year!
