Surf-Metrics Beats Surfline with Ease in Barbados

A debrief video of an incredible surf trip to The Soup Bowl in Barbados that covers how well Surf-Metrics SpaghettiWaves (soon changing to SpaghettiSurf) performed relative to Surfline. Our predictions and day-of surf heights were higher than Surfline's general waist to chest high level. We admit some tweaks are needed, but stoked and more confident now we can compete at the level of the kings in surf prediction. We need help though. We need users to do their own comparisons with the understanding that Surf Metrics is getting at the better set waves in a session, not average height of all waves as our predictions are based on the most powerful swell from models. Video Background: This Surf-Metrics.com drone view gives a neat perspective of the eastern shore of Barbados from the small rural town of Bathsheba. Think any surfer could watch these waves rolling in for hours. While capturing these views I had the cool interaction with local Ken who's home sits looking at this view. He was top level Barbados surfer earlier in life and head lifeguard of the area.
