Hello and welcome to my piano tutorial channel. In this video, I will be teaching you how to play "Arabesque No. 1" by Claude Debussy. He wrote 2 different Arabesques, these two works were written between 1890 and 1891, then in his thirties. Debussy was a French composer of the Impressionist era, and his Arabesque No. 1 is one of his most famous works. The piece is known for its dreamy and delicate melodies, as well as its intricate harmonies. The recording is made using "Chateau Grand" sound, thanks to Dore Mark's SoundFonts (virtual musical instruments in sf2 format). This gives the piece a rich and authentic sound that perfectly captures the beauty and complexity of the music. In this tutorial, I slowed down to 80 BPM the rythm so it's easier to catch notes. So, if you want to learn how to play Debussy's "Arabesque No. 1" on piano, be sure to watch this tutorial and don't forget to subscribe to my channel for more piano tutorials.
