New Spectrum Aqua Markers Demo & Review! Today I am trying out the brand new Spectrum Aqua Markers from Hallmark Scrapbook: http://hallmarkscrapbook.com/spectrum... The markers are available in 12 color sets or you can get the full range of 48 colors at a savings. There is also a marker rack available. These are a brand new line of markers and Hallmark Scrapbook is selling them for about 30% less that retail. http://hallmarkscrapbook.com/spectrum... I will show you how to do various stamping and watercolor techniques fior stampers in this video. We will use both the brush tip and fine point ends of the markers.
