Early Childhood Special Education (ECSE) services are designed for the broad spectrum of children of age group 0 to 6 years. That broad spectrum consists, children with Delayed milestone development, at risk children, Children with sensory-motor problems, Children with special education need, Children with Therapeutics intervention who need specially designed instruction or related services and whose disability(ies) causes the children to be unable to participate in developmentally appropriate typical preschool activities. Our EI centres have been offering services for the Broad Spectrum of children of age group 0 to 6 years. That Broad Spectrum consists, children with Delayed milestone development, At risk children, Children with sensory-motor problems, Children with Special Education need, Children with therapeutics intervention need, Parents counselling & training, Home based training, Faculty development programmes etc. So far about 2000 Delayed Development Children were benefited through Early Intervention Services.
