Exercise should be shown standing facing the students in a β€œmirror image”. Β - explain the technique of the exercise and its purpose. Β - show the exercise again in parts or divisions with a fair explanation of the technique. The exercise is shown in slow motion with stops, with a repetition of the elements of the exercise and with a fair explanation of the technique of performing each element. Learning is aimed at developing new motor skills in students and improving the technique of the exercise. Due to the fact that the complex of hand-to-hand fighting without weapons on 8 accounts is a complex motor structure, and its structure allows to break up the complex into separate elements and, moreover, this exercise can be performed with stops, learning is done in parts and divisions. When learning, the complex is divided into parts (by the number of accounts), each of which is mastered by students separately and by divisions. After the complex is learned in parts, it is performed as a whole. together: first at a slow pace, and then with repeated repetition Β - with a gradual increase in speed to a fixed pace. Particular attention when learning is drawn to the position of the torso, arms, legs and head when performing each element of the complex. Training (improvement) is aimed at consolidating the motor skills of the students, improving physical and special qualities. Training consists in repeated repetition of the exercise with a gradual complication of the conditions for its implementation and an increase in physical activity. The main method of developing physical qualities of the trainees during training (improving) the complex of hand-to-hand combat without arms on 8 accounts is the competitive method between departments (calculations) for correctness, cleanliness and flawless performance of the elements of the exercise. The competitive method increases the emotionality of the classes and the students' desire to achieve high results in the composition of the department (calculation), develops a sense of collectivism, and also encourages each participant to mobilize all their individual physical abilities. The way of organizing the military when performing a complex of unarmed combat techniques for 8 accounts at all stages of training is group.
