STEWART BARNES Born in Yorkshire England and he played guitar in many local blues- rock- and country bands. Upon finishing school he was very much In demand as studio musician. His name appears on the musician credits of many country albums including a Gold Album with the legendary Slim Whitman, recorded in London. Stewart is probably best known for his years as the official backing group "The White Rose Band" or "J.D. Band" for the Wembley Country Music Festival working with- many great artists. Such as Carl. Perkins, Barbara Mandrell, Boxcar Willie, Jeannie Denver (his wife), Billie Armstrong Dick Damron, Denis Weaver and many more. 1981 Jimmy Lawton asked Stewart to form a concert show group to tour with him. Stewart moved to Belgium and formed "The Hot Beaver Band" wich later became the now well known sound of the Jimmy Lawton Show.
