Today’s episode is centered on self-discovery and I have titled it - “Your Personality and Your Career” Let me open with these words “Your Personality unconsciously predicts a career suited for you!” The term “personality” refers to a person's patterns of thinking, feeling and acting. It has to do with individual differences among people - differences in behavioural patterns, cognition and emotion. The study of personality is based on the essential insight that all people are similar in some ways, yet different in others. Understanding of who you are is a journey and not an event. At best, you can ONLY gain insight into your personality by way of researched personality theories. I encourage you to take one and get to know how your personality predicts a career suited for you.
