The only leverage that most of the top grocery delivery companies such as instacart and shipt have is that their delivery fees are not that high. So therefore customers would rather pay a little delivery food in a large one. And they believe this will even discourage customers from even tipping possibly hurting the Shoppers. Not only that the pay cuts with companies like this it may not be worth it. But charging a delivery fee is very important if you like to make sure that your gas and other incidentals are covered while shopping and delivering groceries. Your time is valuable but you will have to know how much to charge in your services. Charting too low he will not make much money and it will not be worth it.
