Someone painted this entire Dam Wall with some Artwork. Why? I am at Wellington Dam in Australia.

This is the biggest dam mural in the World when completed in early 2021. I am at Wellington Dam in Collie, Australia. It was painted by artist Guido Van Helten and his helpers. As I mentioned in the video, I visited the Dam about 3 years ago. It was actually in early December 2020 that I was last there, and I saw them working on this amazing mural then. I didn't take any video of that though unfortunately, which I really regret now. This video here was filmed on 28th June 2023, so two and half years after its completion, but it is the first time I have seen it in person since it was completed. As I mention in the video the public are no longer able to drive their cars over the lower bridge, however I decided to walk down there, and I show the views from down the bottom of the dam towards the end of this video.
