On a brisk night in November 1973, five teenagers went into the Gitchie Manitou preserve in northwest Iowa to hang out around a campfire and play a guitar. By the end of the night, only one was still alive. This is a story about the heartbreaking loss of young lives, but it is also an inspiring story about survival and living with grief and trauma.
