An entire, uncut, Great Slaying hunt of Extreme Raviente. Extreme Ravi and its siblings are the largest monsters in the entire MH series. They are very slightly larger than Dalamadur and Shah Dalamadur. Raviente is so powerful that taking one down takes up to nine phases if I recall right. For Berserk/Extreme Raviente, it's 5 phases. This video showcases the 5 phases, alongside the carving phase at the end. The last phase is overall the hardest, while Extreme Ravi is a "siege" type, colossal monster, it still fights back a bit, and hits really hard. Although you can cart as many times as you want. Extreme Ravi gives the best weapons in MHF for almost every weapon type, and is normally an extreme grind, since it takes so long to slay one. Despite the grind and despite its colossal monster status, I've grown to seriously enjoy hunting Extreme Ravi, I like keeping an eye on its tells and calling out its most annoying moves to my teammates. I think this is the best overall siege battle in the series, I would rank them Kulve - Extreme Ravi - Safi. And I think it's also the best colossal monster fight.
