NEW FACEBOOK PAGE -   / backyardchefscasualkitchen   NOTE: You have to answer all membership questions to join it's fully automated and accept group rules Ingredients For the chicken: • Chicken thighs (bone-in, skin-on) – 6 pieces (≈ 1.2 kg / 2.6 lb) • Olive oil – 1½ tbsp / 22 ml • Salt – 1 tsp / 6 g • Black pepper – ½ tsp / 1.5 g • Smoked paprika – ½ tsp / 1.5 g (optional, for extra depth) For the glaze: • Maple syrup – 3 tbsp / 45 ml • Dijon mustard – 2 tbsp / 30 g • Apple cider vinegar – 1 tbsp / 15 ml • Garlic – 2 cloves, minced (≈ 2 tsp / 6 g) • Butter – 1 tbsp / 15 g (melted) For the tray: • Brussels sprouts – 500 g / 1.1 lb (≈ 4 cups halved) • Streaky bacon – 6 rashers, chopped (≈ 120 g / 4 oz / or more) • Red onion – 1 large, cut into wedges (≈ 150 g / 5 oz ) • Olive oil – 1 tbsp / 15 ml • Salt & pepper – to taste Optional garnish: chopped parsley or thyme leaves Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
