Making an epoxy adhesive paste or putty is easy and straightforward. In this video we’ll show you how to make a paste or putty for bonding or filleting using epoxy resin and cabosil as a thickener. This is a versatile option for gluing materials together as it makes a putty or paste that won't run off the parts being glued and can be used to glue sheet goods together or to install bulkheads or stringers, or to create a gap filling putty. Some notes: The more viscous (thicker) the resin system the less cabosil you will need to add, that said even a low viscosity system can be thickened.
