Ice beard demonstration by PAM using Snow Paste and Ultra Ice at IMATS 2012. Here we have Pat Foad being iced up by Vicky Bancroft at IMATS 2012, using the new Maekup snow and ice effect. There are four parts to the snow and ice kit:- 1. Firstly, colour the skin to give the mottled and pinched look of someone who is in icy conditions... 2. Apply water to the areas of the skin and facial hair where you want the snow paste to stick. This can be moulded with water, which then dries off. Remember Pat's tip about where the ice will concentrate - under the nose because of the moist air coming out. 3. Apply the snow powder and ice effect in strategic areas 4. Finally, to bring the look to life, spritz the shimmer spray to give the glint of real snow and ice. This effect lasted easily on a long filming day! Also featured: Amazing Maekup tattoo cover - idiot-proof, long-lasting tattoo cover. Just dab the handy sponge applicator over the tattoo, which will be blocked out, and then flick skin colours on top.
