For 2018, Fox and Rockshox set out to improve upon two already top notch forks. The 34 and the Pike. Most notably the Fox 34 fork saw the addition of an EVOL chamber and the Rockshox Pike had the damper settings revised making it easier to switch between modes. Rockshox also added an even larger negative chamber to increase plushness. Both of these forks are extremely capable and seem to handle anything thrown at them.
