Tour our duplex design - OASIAN DUO

The new dual occupancy project in the tranquil suburb of Concord West. This architecturally designed home boasts modern features that are both functional and stylish. The facade is adorned with sleek aluminium battens, adding a touch of contemporary elegance to the exterior. The entire house was designed with concept of linear element that are shown from the façade to garage and door panelling. The linear façade element plays the role of shadow gaps and shadow protrusion that were the main design driver for the dwelling. We have handpicked complementing colour palettes and natural materials from charcoal grey to natural timber shades and natural brick that does not overpower the material and texture itself. The Duo features a striking staircase that is surrounded by full height windows that connected to an external courtyard which further illuminating the home and provide a seamless exterior and interior spatial integration. The sunken garden at the rear of the property provides extra privacy and seclusion, perfect for enjoyment with all families and guests. This dual occupancy project is the epitome of modern living and another masterpiece of our design studio.
