Herbas has developed a unique approach for extremely efficient and highly productive separation of leaves from stem in rosemary (Rosmarinus) plants. Here we showcase a combination of only two machines - leaf stripper and vibrational sieve VS with specific sieve pattern. High capacity, very thorough stripping, high quality sieving. Sieve can be automatically cleaned in various ways. Dried rosemary branches can be manually or automatically dosed onto the leaf stripper or separator input belt conveyor in right orientation. Herbas also offers both convection and low-temperature condensation heat-pump dryers, with shipping container chamber or assembled, that can provide controllable, energy-efficient and quick way of drying with multiple options of handling material.
