I took all of these steps to try to reach out for HELP with my situation! I recently loss my parent and I had a $ 100,000 Insurance Policy on my love one! My parent had been diagnosed over 15 years ago to die any day from Aspiration Pneumonia. However, this illness was caused by a fall that lead to a head injury, so being that this injury would cause my parent lungs to fill-up with fluid and pass away. After, obtaining the Medical Examiner Report. The report made me realize that Hospital wrongfully diagnosed my parent death, and that’s blocking me from being able to pay for funeral expenses. However, I reached out to 21 more Attorneys and one of them informed me that they cannot take my case due to a State protocol that’s put in place! The Insurance Commissioner’s office would not address any of my questions, or concerns! I applied for public assistance and was denied because the Funeral cost is not paid in full. IF I COULD AFFORD TO PAY FOR THE FUNERAL COST IN FULL I WOULD NOT NEED TO APPLY FOR ASSISTANCE! Therefore, I am conducting a Gourmet sandwich, included with pop, cake food fund raiser today 2/1/2022, and tomorrow 2/2/2022 to raise the money need to Cremate, and pay for an autopsy for insurance purposes!
