We visited the STATUE OF LIBERT and ELLIS ISLAND! In this video we'll be sharing how to visit, tips, and tricks for a great experience, and a few fun facts too. The Statue of Liberty is one of the most iconic monuments in the world and it's a classic tourist attraction in New York City. However, it is located on its own island. Because of this Liberty Island and Ellis Island are not as easy to get to as most might think. You have to take a ferry ride over. So in this video we will talk about everything you need to know when visiting Liberty Island and Ellis Island. This will include explaining ferry access to Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island and which NYC ferry to take. For over 60 years, Ellis Island was the gateway for millions of Americans to the United States. We explored the legacy of this symbol of American immigration. We took the ferry from Battery Park in NYC and we were lucky to pick a nice day to go. Just make sure to wear your most comfortable shoes! Make sure you allow about 20 minutes to get through security. Does anyone read the description?
