He mentions that the shortened 15-minute shows will start on Monday. Fletcher sings "I Want to Go Back to Michigan" (Irving Berlin). Mme. O is upset because Col. Crackie and Mercedes jumped in the river. Buelah is arrested for buzzing the Penobscot Building, but Ollie claims Mayor Albert Cobo and City Council President Louis Miriani will get her off. Fran and Kukla sing "Love is Here to Stay" (George and Ira Gershwin, Vernon Duke).
