We demonstrate how to convert interlaced video (29.97 fps, 720x480) to progressive video (59.94 fps, 1440x1080) using three difference software: Premiere Pro, Hybrid (QTGMC), and Topaz Video AI (Dione DV). We also show the results of the conversion side by side. Finally, we compared four resizers in Hybrid (NNEDI3, Sinc, Lanczos, Bicubic, and Bilinear). __In case you don't want to watch the video: the winner is Hybrid (QTGMC with NNEDI1).
