Hey guys! 🤍 I’m back again with another video. This time I attempted a rather slow and simple video, with mic brushing, breathing exercises, guided sleep meditation and ect. I hope you guys like it! Parts of this video is inspired by Samuel ASMR’s video Eyes Closed Brush Counting (one of the recent), so if you enjoyed this video, I personally recommend that video (if you haven’t already watched it). I was originally planning on doing a more trigger assortment inspired video (the normal follow my instructions with your eyes closed types of videos), but I soon discovered that the quality on that would not be as nice as I would like. You know, I have been purposefully watching and analysing those types of videos for weeks now, but today just became longer and more stressful than what I had expected. Which is why I ended up with a rather simple option. Let me know if you would still like me to make that type of video in the near future - I was maybe thinking something like “follow my instructions but you can close your eyes after 10 minutes”.
