The drone used for all footage was a DJI Mini 3 Pro. In all cases I flew within the laws specified by the CAA airspace regulatory authority and in accordance with the Model Aircraft Article 16 authorisation. I have a current membership to FPV-UK plus a Drone Operator ID and Flyer ID. All flights adhered to safety guidelines and VLOS, and within all rules applicable to a sub-250g unmanned aircraft. This includes being legally able to fly over buildings and other structures and unintentional flight over individual people who are not part of a large gathering. No FTZ (Flight Restriction Zone) was in operation at the time in the areas of flight. I also use common sense and high moral standards regardless of what the law allows. This means I shall not intentionally fly low over buildings, particularly houses or their property such as gardens. I keep as high as I can and also do not point the camera downwards when over private fenced property such as a private garden. -------------------------------------------------------
