If you are distributing experts or indicators and want to restrict use by licencing, perhaps to a single account or with expiry date this video will show how you can issue a file containing that licence information and verify that the licence is genuine. There is an error in the video in the OnTick() function. Change the lines where the LicenceCheckTime is updated to LicenceCheckTime = TimeCurrent()+600; // Check again in 10 minutes and LicenceCheckTime = TimeCurrent()+3600; // Check again in an hour This follows from a related earlier video which showed techniques to issue sample experts and advisors but that was mainly aimed at situations where you may have developed the app on request and want to demonstrate the result and make sure you get paid.
