In this Minecraft challenge, I am in a race against the clock to collect as many different items as I can in 10 seconds, 1 minute, and 10 minutes. There are over 1,200 unique Minecraft items that are obtainable in survival mode. What kinds of strategies would yield the widest range of unique items? This challenge is driven by an experimental datapack that I custom coded, called Item Runner. It offers a intuitive timer system combined with a tracker for all Minecraft items.
