Your Medication Duloxetine Duloxetine is also known as the brand name: Cymbalta Duloxetine is most commonly used for mood changes, but is also used for nerve and muscle pain or for anxiety disorder. Duloxetine has a US Black Box Warning of increased risk of suicidal thinking in children, adolescents, and young adults up to the age of 24. Do not give this medication to children.
