Rossin was founded in 1974 with Mario Rossin who had worked for Colnago for many years as a welding genius. With such a good reputation the Rossin brand grew from strength to strength and in the 1980’s sponsored the professional Belgian cycling team Daf trucks, and also provided track bikes to Russia and America national teams. Our Rossin bike in Team Shimano colours came in the workshop unridable and in need of a deep clean, care and attention. Watch as the bike is stripped, cleaned, restored then rebuilt like new before being put back out on the road and tested. I cannot think of a better way to celebrate 100 years of Shimano than with this beautiful Italian Rossin bicycle. Painted in Shimano Team colours with full Shimano running gear. This is one restoration I loved doing and was one of my childhood dream bikes. I hope that the video inspires and helps you to chase your childhood dream bike.
